DIRT internal-use terms

DIRT is provided by West Coast Soil Works LLC solely for authorized company use. Access requires company approval and may be changed or revoked by an administrator.

Keep credentials private and use required authentication. Use DIRT only for legitimate company operations. Report incorrect data, unauthorized access, and connection problems to the administrator.

Review inventory records, pricing assumptions, imported accounting entries, and approvals before committing orders or transactions. Stock availability is based on recorded counts and does not reserve materials. A calculated price does not replace required discount approval.

QuickBooks connections currently import data for review. DIRT does not post, delete, or change QuickBooks transactions. Disconnecting retains previously imported records.
