DIRT privacy notice

DIRT is an internal application operated by West Coast Soil Works LLC for authorized staff. It manages formulas, pricing, inventory, and quotes.

When connected, QuickBooks vendor bills and line items are imported for review. Connection credentials and rotated refresh tokens are stored on the application server; token files are encrypted. Account information, activity records, and operational records are also stored.

Access is limited by account roles. Imported accounting costs are restricted to administrators, except explicitly permitted product gross-margin information. Data is used for WCSW business operations, not sold or used to train AI models.

DIRT runs on Microsoft Azure. Email and other integrations are used only when configured. Disconnecting stops further access; imported records remain until an administrator handles a deletion request. Backup copies may persist for the configured backup period.
